Blue Bridge Property Management is looking to hire a maintenance Technician
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
-Perform necessary maintenance work orders and repairs in a timely manner
- Keep appliances, plumbing infrastructure, and cosmetics of apartments in repair
-Repair minor issues with equipment and buildings
-Replace broken parts or equipment
-Maintain a clean and a safe work space
-Must have most of your own tools
-Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
