Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil CAD Technician, reporting to our Bloomington, IL office with the flexibility to be based in our Peoria, Pontiac, or Champaign, IL offices, to support multiple disciplines. In this role, you will provide production support for Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Process Engineering. Qualified candidates will enjoy working with experienced engineers on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, municipal, water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure.Job Activities:

Civil Engineering - projects including roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water distribution, site design and grading, processing of survey data, creation of existing conditions drawings including 3-D DTM and standard drawings, creation of survey stakeouts, and other survey related tasks.

Process Engineering – Plan preparations for treatment facilities.

Specific Requirements Include:

Associates Degree or equivalent certificate with specialization in AutoCAD. Revit experience preferred.

3-5 years of experience as a CAD Technician in the civil engineering field.
