Prepare, open and sort incoming mail
Extract surveys communicated by the Data Manager
Place the surveys and other documents in the correct place
Accurately counting envelopes per client & project
Check in mail projects according to project-specific instructions
Learn client-specific requirements and apply them
Create daily Excel logs
Create PDFs of certain survey types and additional paperwork on an office copy machine
Communicate project counts via email to internal/external clients/managers
Prep and scan surveys efficiently
Enter data accurately and efficiently into a variety of internal tracking databases
Requirements
Substantial computer skills
Demonstrated knowledge of data entry
Microsoft Word experience desired
Strong communication skills
Proven typing accuracy
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
