Description We are seeking a Part Time Marketing Assistant to join our team based in the south west, Minnesota area. The role involves executing various administrative tasks, handling shipping orders, managing advertising plans, and maintaining databases. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities:
Organize and implement advertising plans
Accurately maintain our database and project management tools
Track and manage warehouse shipping orders
Process and manage vendor project invoices
Create and edit files using Adobe InDesign
Assist with office mailings
Use Asana for project management
Provide administrative assistance as needed
Coordinate and manage advertising initiatives.
Requirements
Proficient in Database Maintenance tasks
Experience in providing Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Adobe is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
