Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionJoin our industry-leading team, providing connected suites (telematics) technical support to dealership personnel, direct end users, and internal corporate personnel. This role is responsible for managing the acquisition of information and problems from various sources, traveling to locations for performance evaluation, and developing communication plans for connectivity issues. Also, this role involves working closely with service department personnel and the connected suite engineering team, writing service bulletins, managing field test programs, and providing expert problem diagnosis. The role requires working hours from 8am - 5pm CST from Monday to Friday, with up to 10% travel.Hard Skills
Providing technical support services for software solutions, preferably for telematics or IoT solutions
Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in telematic service, or customer service
Ability to travel approximately a couple days out of a month
Provide both in person and remote training for end user customers, dealers and commercial field team representatives
Experience in Project Management
Software, IoT and Hardware Systems solutions experience
Proficiency in MS Project / Office
