Aon is looking for a Self-Insurance Compliance Risk Analyst As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Aon Global Risk Consultant Group, in Bloomington, MN. As a Compliance Risk Analyst for Self-Insured companies, you will report directly to the Senior Risk Consultant. This is a hybrid role in Bloomington, MN and there will be an in-office requirement of 1+ days per week. Your impact as a Compliance Risk Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

Prepare workers' compensation self-insurance filings

Prepare auto rental limited lines licensing and auto liability self-insurance filings

Maintain accurate and detailed records of state self-insurance filings and patient compensation fund compliance.

Review data reports from numerous RMIS and claims systems

Meet multiple deadlines

Log information in databases

Prepare correspondence and forms

Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

Provide guidance to clients

Assist with sale and cross selling of compliance products

Work in a team environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years business experience. Self-insurance compliance experience preferred but not required.

General office and math skills, computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro)

Claim data reporting skills sought: Proficiency in Risk Console, STARS, e-Carma, Risktrac, Juris or ESIS preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and time management skills are necessary

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Education:

College degree (Business, Insurance related, or Paralegal preferred but not required)

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
