Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity. This role is vital within our team, as the successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including customer account management, application processing, and inquiry resolution.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring all actions taken are in line with company policy and procedure. Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Perform monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and post Journal Entries as necessary, adhering to company standards and procedures. Conduct Month End Close activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.Requirements Proficient in Balance Sheet Reconciliation Extensive experience with General Ledger management Ability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries Demonstrated experience in Month End Close procedures Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in relevant accounting software Familiarity with financial regulations and standards Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus.
