3rd Level Skype Infrastructure Support Analyst.This team supports the entire MS Exchange and Skype Infrastructure for all of State Farm. This is the last stop for all tickets. This area handle millions of emails daily. It is vital that they maintain a stable environment. This team has very high level of success, they have been at 100% for the last 2 years.3rd Level Skype Infrastructure Support Analyst.This team supports the connection to MS Teams and the entire MS Skype Infrastructure for all of State Farm. This is the last stop for all tickets. This area handle millions of IMs, conference calls, and video calls daily. It is vital that they maintain a stable environment. This team has very high level of success, and is deemed critical to the organization.Ability to provide 3rd Level Support for Teams, Office 365 and Skype for Business which includes building out tools, applying patches, testing updates. etc. If Teams/Skype goes down, they need to be able to understand what went wrong, if unable to detect that then last step would be to contact Microsoft directly.Required Skills :-O365 and specifically Teams- MUST HAVE SKILLS-Skype for Business- Must Have-Windows Server Environment-Some knowledge of SQL and how it interacts with Skype-Powershell scripting and how to use it (understanding the commands and how they work, how to find them and not have a negative impact to the environment)-Skype to Teams migration experience is a jackpot!-Knowledge of things that interact with Active Directory or Exchange-How Skype and Teams will interact with other applications/bots.-Current version of Skype for Business 2015-Have a working knowledge of the different modes within TeamsAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
