The Channel Sales Manager is an individual contributor who oversees all GTM (go-to-market) initiatives pertaining to channel sales, which includes Master Agent, Contact-Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS), etc., and is responsible for new business efforts across all verticals that stem from the Master Agent channel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working alongside relevant sales personnel to navigate deals sourced from Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) channel (deal ownership to be approved by CRO)   Forecasting channel sales revenue (monthly, quarterly, annually) and meeting predetermined sales performance metrics Building executive-level relationships with relevant channel partners that can lead to new business opportunities for Authenticx   Acting as a liaison between Channel team and Product Management (feedback on product roadmap, important feature requests)  Achieving critical metrics, including sourced meetings, meetings conducted, pipeline generated (unweighted), pipeline advanced (weighted), Closed-Won business, conversation rates, and velocity (time to close)  Reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively making recommendations to Chief Revenue Officer Fostering and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and managing a full sales cycle from initial meeting to contract signing  Leveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack) Assisting Client Success and Product teams with new implementations of SaaS platform or other post-sales activities as needed Collaborating with Marketing and management to improve marketing materials and expand our marketing presence Strategically negotiating contracts with potential customers to close new business
