Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with at least one year of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a timely manner.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, guide them through correct procedures, and provide effective solutions.
Create accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer queries promptly.
Follow established customer service procedures and policies.
Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and courteous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
High School Diploma
