Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a proactive Bilingual Spanish Call Center Specialists to join our team based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for offering top-notch customer service through various channels, assisting in making payments, promoting self-service tools, and maintaining call center metrics. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. We have the following shifts available:

Thursday-Monday 1pm-9pm

Friday – Monday 10am-9pm

Monday – Friday 10am-7pm

Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, tickets, and chat Open and manage trouble tickets for specific customer issues Clearly and concisely explain product options and related charges to customers Efficiently navigate through customer service systems and tools, including CRM application Solve routine or standard problems using existing procedures; receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others as needed Maintain quality scores and call center metrics as per guidelines Promote self-service tools such as IVR and Web Keep customers informed of promotions and/or new or upgraded products Provide quotes for rates and encourage customers to utilize prepay options Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.inRequirements Proven ability in data entry tasks Bilingual in Spanish Proficiency in email correspondence Experience in providing customer quotes Knowledge of the payments industry, particularly in a corporate setting Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficiency in using computer software and applications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
