Description We are offering an opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you'll be entrusted with the management of executive schedules, coordination of meetings, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.Responsibilities: Ensure efficient management of executive calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts Coordinate meetings, including setting up virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams Handle detail oriented written and verbal communication within and outside the organization Keep track of deadlines and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner Maintain a high level of organization to keep executives on task Use Microsoft/Google Suite for various administrative tasks including drafting correspondence and creating spreadsheets Record and distribute minutes of meetings as necessary Monitor and manage conference calls to ensure smooth communicationRequirements Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Strong skills in Calendar Management, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling of appointments Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective correspondence Experience in coordinating Conference Calls across multiple time zones Ability to handle Correspondence professionally and confidentially Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email management Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Comfortable with Google Docs for collaborative document creation and editing Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents Experience in organizing and managing Virtual Meetings, ensuring seamless online communication Ability to accurately record Meeting Minutes, capturing essential details and action pointsTalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
