Perform and document qualifications (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis), urgent repairs, and scheduled maintenance.Team Leadership:

Coordinate daily tasks to meet turnaround times (TAT), conduct performance reviews, manage training records, and support hiring and succession planning.Client & Project Support:
