Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Supervise others in performing client’s service requirementsCoach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvementsFoster motivation and moraleCoordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TATPrepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growthInterface with the client and project resources as necessary to provide asset management functions and data management servicesPerform and document qualifications on laboratory instrumentation (i.e. HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis, etc.)Perform urgent/priority repairs including user accessible consumables (i.e. lamps, pumps, seals, tubing, etc.)Execute scheduled and post-maintenance instrument qualificationsParticipate in instrument onboarding activitiesReport on metrics and appropriate document service on instrumentsCoordinate and escort vendors on-site to perform maintenance activities on instruments on contractInput data into electronic asset management system (GMARS)Assist with change controls and investigations as needed
