Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and case management protocols.

Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating nursing staff performance.

Responsible for coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow, and promoting decision-making and problem solving.

Serve as a first point of escalation for team members needing consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment/care.

Provide onboarding support to new associates. Functions as a preceptor to new associates and works with management to develop and adjust the orientation plan.

Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff as well as day-to-day operational support to management as needed.

RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s):

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, OR Associate's degree, OR Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

1 year of experience required.

Additional PreferencesLicensure / Certification / Registration:Preferred Credential(s):

Case Manager credentialed from the American Case Management Association (ACMA).

Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC)

Education:

Master's degree preferred.
