TEKsystems is hiring Patient Scheduler for a large healthcare company in Indianapolis!This is an onsite position with future remote flexibility - candidates outside of Indianapolis & surrounding areas will not be considered.Shift: M-F 8a-5pDescription:
Accountable for scheduling appointments
Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling
Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner
Requirements:
2+ year(s) of call center experience
Interest in making a healthcare a long term career
Bubbly personality
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Strong job history
Empathy and compassion skills
