We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.Position SummaryAs the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the business lead driving the creation, development, and management of key strategies that support hiring for rotation students, pharmacy interns, pharmacy graduates, and pharmacists. This role will allow you to be an innovative thinker, by successfully building and implementing a wide variety of approaches for a multi-faceted recruitment strategy to include conferences, college relations, diversity, recruitment marketing, referral programs and more. This position is a highly visible and impactful role, interacting with Senior and HR leaders and affords you the opportunity to highlight collaboration, strong operational expertise, team development, follow-through, and results.You will accomplish this by:

Creating Strategies that support the organization with identifying top talent in the right quantities and in the right geography

Successfully creating relationships internally with primary business groups

Creating operational processes and structure that your team can follow to make them efficient and effective with hiring top talent

Displaying a sense of urgency and innovation to hirehard to find talent

Defining recruiting metrics that monitor the overall health, performance and effectiveness of the team and processes, all while monitoring outcomes

As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, your success will be determined by the efficiency and speed to identify and hire talent, how the team operates and interacts with hiring leaders and external clients, and the candidate experience your team provides prospects. In this role, you will direct and manage a team of university relations managers and full cycle recruiters, focused on hiring top talent within the pharmacy intern and pharmacist roles. You will operate in a fast paced, independent, yet supportive environment where the team works in partnership and inspires each other. You will also work with other groups such as HR, corporate university relations team and the recruitment marketing team to create effective recruitment and employment branding campaigns and establish CVS Health as the company who is transforming healthcare in the marketplace.In this role you will be an integral member of the Enterprise Pharmacy Talent Acquisition team, focused on strategically critical, difficult to fill roles that company leaders decide will make the most difference in our competitive advantage. This team is responsible for developing strong networks, referrals and engaging otherwise unavailable talent. The contributions you will make as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition will elevate the talent around you and help find quality talent who wants to transform healthcare and help people on their path to better health.Required Qualifications· 7 + years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager where effective communication skills, team development and execution were required· 5+ years - lead generation/sourcing/marketing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies, and tools.· Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the timePreferred Qualifications· Previous experience leading a Talent Acquisition team supporting a Pharmacist and University function· Experienced in all Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams· Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to ensure timely and proactive follow up with leadership and team· Innovative spirit with a desire to define and execute hiring strategies in new ways· Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of CVS Health· The ability to be consultative and influential with clients, partners, and the businessEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent years of working experience consideredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $149,328.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
