Hiring Personal Assistant/Caregiver for in-home care on the East side of Indianapolis.
*Currently considering candidates for late afternoon/evening shifts and weekends. The Monday-Friday morning shift has been filled.
Duties might include some meal preparation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable, educated, enthusiastic and interested in helping someone recover from a stroke. This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in studying rehabilitation therapy (occupational, physical and/or speech). No nursing skills needed.
Qualified candidates will:
* Be able to pass a background check
* Be drug-free
* Enjoy helping someone succeed in gaining strength
* Be caring and trustworthy
* Be able to drive and provide transportation
* Have references
Compensation: $12.75-$16 an hour, depending on work ethic and experience
