Job Title: Part-Time Front Office Admin at Self Storage Facility
Location: 8455 Pendleton Pike, Lawrence, IN 46226 (Honeycrisp Self Storage in Lawrence)
Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 4 hours per day
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Are you organized, customer-focused, and looking for a part-time position? We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Office Admin to join our team at our self-storage facility. This is a part-time role with a flexible weekend schedule, ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of a busy facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing storage units to customers and processing rental agreements.
Assisting customers with our leasing software and answering any questions.
Renting U-Haul trucks and ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling customer inquiries.
Assisting with marketing tasks to promote the facility and increase customer engagement.
Handling light maintenance tasks around the facility as needed.
Getting bids and coordinating work with vendors.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in office administration or customer service is a plus.
