Office Assistant Needed In Zionsville for a Home Renovation Company
9.30 am to 5.30 pm
40 hours per week
Job Duties:
Answering phone calls and checking voicemails
Creating work orders for estimates on jobs requiring project managers to visit
customers
Responding to Angie’s List requests and Google submissions
Bidding gutter cleaning estimates over the phone
Type at least 40 word per minute
Typing customer estimates for Project Managers
Following up with customers we send estimates to
Receiving customer payments
Filing of all types
Other office duties as assigned
Job Details:
Must be punctual and consistent
Multi-tasker
Must sound energetic and friendly on the phone
Experience using CRM programs a plus
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Good typing skills. (Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute)
Able to work in a construction office environment
Office Location: 106th & Michigan Rd.
