Requirements:
✅Experience, at least 6 months experience of trucking safety or related experience.
✅Ability to question, challenge, and improve upon existing processes.
✅An effective communicator.
✅An excellent team player, able to work on own initiative and make decisions.
✅A proactive approach to continual professional development.
✅Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Drive, and Gmail.
Responsibilities:
️Pre-Employment Investigation, manage driver hiring process.
️Ensure drivers and company compliance with FMCSA rules and regulations.
️Manage insurance claims and accidents.
️Monitor driver’s roadside inspections and tickets in an effective manner.
️Perform periodic audits of qualification files, roadside packets, required in-cab documents, annual reviews, etc.
️Maintain data records and documents in a confidential manner.
️Detail Oriented.
