South Bend is a potable water testing laboratory in the US, with over 70,000 square feet of laboratory space and over 100 qualified staff at our Indiana facility.  We serve more than 500 clients across the United States and foreign countries and are certified to perform analytical services in support of Safe Drinking Water Act compliance across the country.Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater, LLC. South Bend, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Glassware Technician located in South Bend, IN.  This will be a full-time position, averaging between 35-40 hours per week with an agreed upon schedule. Additional hours may occasionally be needed, depending on sample receipts and work load, including evening or weekend work. Glassware Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Hand wash glassware types as needed as described in Standard Operating ProcedureLoad/unload glassware washerLoad/unload drying oven appropriatelyPick up/deliver glassware to the appropriate lab areasPerform routine inspections of glass for cracks and breaksRemove damaged glass from useFollow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe mannerPerforms other duties, as directed
