Location: Plymouth, IN SCOPE: We are mixing up something new in Plymouth, IN. This is an exciting time to join our team. We hold ourselves to the highest of quality standards. Pay: Starting at $21.81 /hr overnight shifts have additional shift differential Bi-weekly pay $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Total Rewards: Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, & Vision) starting day 1 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time off Shifts: Night Shift available 12 hours shifts (6pm-6am) 2-2-3 schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation. Working 3-4 days/week (One week: Sun, Wed, Thurs Next week: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Checking of: o Oven exits moisture. o Finishing moisture o Salt contents o Color o P.H. o Count per pound. o Breakage o Length o Bag and label checks. o Case count checks o Bag weight checks. o Percent Filling Metal detection checks as required. Monitoring of Critical Quality Control Points Perform pre-op inspections. Calibration of quality equipment Assist supervisors withhold procedure. Sanitation of lab and equipment. Enter test results into computer as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Sample Preparation, Sample Analysis per Test protocols, Basic Math, and Literacy Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written/oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Basic Data Entry PREFERRED SKILLS: Ability to work and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ability to identify defects in product for quality purpose. Ability to communicate with coworkers and management to better the operation. Able to follow directions as required by management.
