In this role, you’ll coordinate administrative services for the AVP and the departments in the AVP supervisory structure as well as serve in rotation with other administrative staff as a welcoming face and receptionist for the Office of the Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance.Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative support activities

Prepare minutes, notices, agendas, and correspondence

Conduct moderately complex research, gather data, and prepare reports

Arrange calls and schedule meetings

Make travel reservations and itineraries

Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

Coordination of interviews and assistance with new employee onboarding

Update and maintain websites for multiple departments

Function as phone and data coordinator for multiple departments
