We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to serve as a one-time Secret Shopper for our mobile home park in Marshalltown, Iowa. This role is an important part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high-quality standards for our residents.
As a Secret Shopper, you will contact our property with an inquiry, visit our property, interact with staff, and evaluate the customer service experience. Your feedback will help us identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our team is meeting expectations.
Responsibilities:
Inquire with the property about available units.
Visit the mobile home park in Marshalltown, Iowa, as a prospective customer.
Interact with staff members to inquire about services, rental processes, or property features.
Observe and document your experience with the cleanliness, professionalism, and responsiveness of the team.
Submit a detailed report of your experience using a provided evaluation form.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent written communication for submitting a thorough report.
Ability to maintain discretion and act naturally during interactions.
Benefits:
$75 payment upon submission of your completed evaluation report.
An additional $25 for a comprehensive detailed report
Potential for additional secret shopping opportunities based on experience.
