I'm a single, 45-year-old professional woman and business owner. I work remotely from home, Monday to Friday, 9-5 at my day job. I’m launching a new online digital marketing business, so I need some extra help with my daily life. I have two cats and a big garden in my backyard. I sing and enjoy global travel, food and museums.
I'm in search of a detail-oriented personal assistant. I value proactivity, attention to detail and reliability, and I appreciate individuals who can take initiative and make independent decisions without constant direction. I embrace fun and laughter, so let's not take ourselves too seriously!
Schedule is flexible; we will agree together on what works best for both of us.
Key Skills Needed:
Housekeeping: Grocery shopping, laundry, organizing, light cleaning.
Scheduling: make and manage appointments.
Home Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance services.
Online Research: Find and recommend options for travel, purchases, and service providers.
Duties Include:
Keeping groceries and household supplies stocked.
Doing laundry (approx. 3 loads per week).
Running errands like returns, shopping, and post office tasks.
Researching and vetting service providers, including yard maintenance and handyman services.
Scheduling personal appointments (doctor visits, vet appointments, house maintenance, car service, hair cuts, etc.).
Keeping my home organized with light cleaning or tidying. (I have a cleaner every 2 weeks, so this is just touch-ups in between.)
Monthly cleaning and refilling of cat litter boxes.
Occasional Tasks:
Researching and proposing purchases for appliances, clothing, and household items.
Researching and booking travel arrangements.
Working with interior designers, painters on home decorating projects.
