Description We are hiring a Global Training Coordinator for John Deere's Training Center in Davenport! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Training Coordinator to support John Deere University (JDU) and help advance dealer training and employee development. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for dealer support, managing the JDU Support mailbox and handling phone inquiries. Serve as the face of the Training Center, managing a shared mailbox and responding to emails to support dealer learning and development needs.
Coordinate scheduling and close classes across the global Construction & Forestry training organization.
Load and manage training content items as requested by the internal training group.
Manage JDU item and offering pricing on a global scale.
Conduct audits and ensure alignment with training processes.
Provide administrative support to dealer personnel and training managers.
Collaborate with enterprise training coordinators for process consistency and system management.
