Summary of Available Positions:
We are hiring homies for multiple crew positions. Regardless of position, everyone on the squad is the face of the shop and a representative of Cheba Hut. As a Cheba Hut Crew Member, you will craft great food by hand, engage the people around you in a positive way, and give a damn about your team, your shop, and your customers!
Reggie homies are one of the primary people our customers interact with - they're responsible for engaging customers in genuine interactions at every opportunity, ringing in orders and accepting payments (including cash), offering up menu suggestions, and answering customer questions. When they're not actively working the reggie, homies in this position are helping keep the lobby clean, the beverage station stocked, working on food prep projects, and are checking in with customers to ensure they're having an excellent Cheba experience.
Line homies are the sandwich slingers making those dank subs for the Cheba Faithful. This crew position is responsible for preparing made to order subs, salads, and munchies for customers, food prep projects, and performing opening, closing, and shift change duties per standard operating procedures.

Accept payments and handle cash on behalf of Cheba Hut per cash handling procedures
Product Quality
Prepare food per Cheba Hut standards
Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation
Complete food prep in a timely manner
Complete each assigned task before moving on to the next
Use F.I.F.O. rotation to serve the freshest possible product
Cleanliness
Keep customer service areas, including restrooms, clean and sanitized
Keep the work area safe and clean
Clean up as you go, clean after each project, and complete assigned detail cleaning and side work projects
Perform opening, closing, and shift change duties per standard operating procedures
Vibe
Work hard and have a great attitude
Embrace individuality and be respectful of the people around you
Look for opportunities to help co-workers
Limit outside distractions from shop focus
Cultivate positive relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and shop neighbors

Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
Ability to work under mentally and physically stressful situations
Ability to have reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with marijuana themed culture
