Job Title: Engineering Technician Classification: Non-Exempt Department: Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Manager Purpose : Assist the Maintenance Engineering Department General Duties:
Assist in managing all facets of the maintenance engineering department.
Assist in planning and implement daily activities for engineers.
Assist engineers in daily activities.
Help in monitoring and maintaining department records.
Monitor materials ordered or needed to complete task.
Monitor and maintain stock to complete task.
Monitor manufacturing processes for opportunity to improve.
Help in maintaining inventory for department to perform accurate repairs.
Maintain good safe working practices.
Organize and maintain work areas for a good 5S.
Perform Combustion experiments and analyze results.
Create drawings for experimental components, sub systems, and other mechanical assets.
Support burner design concept generation, analysis, and optimization.
Interface closely with combustion sub—system component supplies.
Evaluate the energy- burning systems.
Ability to control the rate and uniformity of heat transference.
Perform all duties necessary in creating an efficient, effective and affordable maintenance engineering department.
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements :
2 Year Industrial Maintenance Degree or Journeyman card holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial maintenance
Experience in combustion supervision and management.
Experience in installing and maintaining combustion equipment. Experience in maintenance code compliance.
