The Quality Assurance Analystwill be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in the delivery of IT services and infrastructure support at the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) at Fort Knox, KY. This role involves developing and executing quality assurance plans, conducting audits, and working closely with various technical teams to ensure that all services meet or exceed established performance standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).Join our dynamic team at a top-tier organization, where work-life balance and employee well-being take center stage. Develop, maintain, and execute a Quality Control Plan to ensure all contractual requirements are met. This includes defining quality standards, metrics, and procedures for evaluating performance across all service areas.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with PWS requirements, Army regulations, and best practices. Document findings and work with teams to address any non-conformities or deficiencies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Provide regular reports to management on performance trends and areas for improvement.

Identify potential risks to service quality and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure that risk management plans are effectively implemented.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading quality initiatives and training sessions. Encourage feedback and incorporate lessons learned into process enhancements.

Work closely with delivery teams, including IT support, network administration, and systems management, to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit results, corrective actions, and process improvements. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for internal and external reviews.

US Citizen.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (will sponsor the right candidate).

One (1+) years of relevant experience in a QC or QArole, particularly within IT or network environments.

Proven ability to develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive Quality Control Plans, including defining quality standards, metrics, and evaluation procedures.

Skilled in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with PWS requirements, Army regulations, and best practices, and documenting findings effectively.

Proficient in monitoring KPIs and SLAs, providing regular performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Strong background in identifying service quality risks, developing mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through quality initiatives and training sessions.

Preferred:

Active Secret Clearance.

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher perDoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,GICSP,GSEC, SSCP, etc.).

Experience providing DoD organizations with technicalsupport.

Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD)environment and overseeing government programs.

Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems.

Problem solver and troubleshooterwho thrives in resolvingcomplex problems.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
