Description:Researches, analyzes and calculates data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. Prepares design criteria and bid packages for pricing by subcontractors. Participates in estimating process for building systems. Analyzes subcontractor proposals to confirm criteria is being satisfied. Reviews construction documents and construction installed from subcontractors to confirm compliance with scope and contract documents.
