Description:You will be the Technical Service Engineer for the Lexington, KY area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.What You Will Be DoingAs a Cost Account Manager and Operations Support embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your Technical Service Engineer duties will include: Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding the installation, configuration, and use of technical products and systems. This role requires excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and train customers on the use of the products and systems. You may work on a variety of products and systems, including software systems and programs designed for corporate and individual customers, as well as government entities. Provide support and assistance both remotely and on-site at the customer's location. To be effective in this role, it is important to have a excellent understanding of the technical products and systems being supported, as well as the needs and requirements of the customers.
