Advancement Opportunities; Excellent Benefits $500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days) Lexington Mobiles - Phlebotomist Hours & Training Program: Wednesday - Saturday (block schedule with varying hours, and regular Sundays off). Schedule to be assigned after completion of approximately 10 - 12 weeks of training which will occur Monday – Friday, but may not be consecutive. Note: There will be times when employees will be required to work on days that are not within their normal schedules due to special events, when shift coverage otherwise dictates, or as a result of business needs. Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on education and experience (includes $1.50 mobile premium). Description: Seeking Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. Travel regularly with a team to various sites within Kentucky. Requires excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills. Must work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public. Work Environment: This position is very physical and regularly involves the following:

Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds when loading and unloading, or restocking.

Carrying equipment up and downstairs.

Regularly setting up and breaking down equipment at various locations.

Travel by vehicle to/from blood drive sites.

Occasional work at donor centers.

Standing and walking for long periods of time.

Interacting with donors, and general customer service.

Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures.

Entering and accessing information via computer or tablet device.

Training: Training will be approximately 10 – 12 weeks at our Beaumont location in Lexington (this time may not be consecutive).

Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process. Related training and education is a plus. Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
