Grade 8 (Salary)Position Description:The University of Louisville Campus Health Services is seeking a qualified Associate Director Business Unit Administration. This position manages all patient service operations for front desk, immunization programs, and respiratory fit testing program for both the Health Sciences Center and Cardinal Station locations. Responsible for the development and/or creation of workflows and process improvement for front desk operations, immunization programs and respiratory fit testing. Interacts with multiple internal groups including students, faculty, staff as well as students/departments on the Health Science campus, including House Staff, School of Medicine, Dental School, Speech and Audiology programs and School of Nursing in Louisville and Owensboro.This position will also assist the Director, Business Unit Administration to provide a broad range of administrative support to all units within the department, collaborating with both external and internal constituents to ensure that administrative functions occur in an accurate and efficient manner while adhering to university and public policy.
