1-2 years of Call Center experience preferred

One (1) year of work experience in a call center environment

Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service focused role

Must be Bi-lingual

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details:

$17.63/HR

Monday-Friday

Training hours will be M-F from 8:00am-5pm

Located in Louisville, KY 40210

Handle 100+ inbound calls per day

Sign-up new customers for services

Take payments

Assist with missed services and cancellations
