RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Louisville, KY. This consultant will be responsible for defining, developing, testing, implementing, verifying, and tracking requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Refines scope, gathers requirements, and conducts business analysis using job shadowing and strong interviewing skills
Documents requirements and analysis
Creates domain and logical data models
Collaborates with data analyst to refine models
Defines functional design to support the software development lifecycle and refines estimates at each phase
Manages requirements traceability, develops test cases and test scripts
Drive buy vs build discussions and build strong business cases
Composes and reviews user manuals and procedures, coordinates end-user training and user acceptance and designs UAT testing

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Delivery of Systems
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of unified modeling languages
Experience with logical data modeling
Experience with business process re-engineering
Working Knowledge of the Software Development Lifestyle
Preferred:
Understanding of the healthcare industry, especially Medicare and Medicaid
