Develop, monitor, and enhance business intelligence dashboards to drive field performance and execution.
Collaborate with field leaders to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Regularly analyze and share key performance indicators to promote technician sales programs and operational improvements.
Commission & Incentive Programs:
Aggregate and analyze transactional data to develop and distribute commission and spiff reports.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement new incentive programs that align with business goals.
Ensure the seamless integration of Bodewell metrics into existing Factory Service incentive programs.
Research and validate metrics and commission data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Operational Excellence:
Identify and drive improvements in business rules, processes, and system settings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with digital technology and operational teams to streamline data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring processes.
Conduct system research and troubleshoot reporting inconsistencies to improve overall data integrity and usability.
What You'll Bring to Our TeamREQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, or operational roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office tools.
Strong technical and data management skills, including proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Google BigQuery, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics Studio.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced expertise in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau.
Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics Studio, including the use of predictive analytics tools and dashboard development.
Skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries, particularly in Google BigQuery, to handle large datasets efficiently.
Proven operational experience in consumer operations, service, digital technology, or sales operations.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement incentive programs that drive desired behaviors and align with business objectives.
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning data into strategic actions and measurable outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Experience integrating data from multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google BigQuery) to create comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions.
