DescriptionPosition Summary Manages and evaluates the compensation functions for organization, including participating in the design of job descriptions, salary structure, job analysis and incentive plans. Essential Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDevelop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy.Administer the company's compensation program in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.Collect data about company's Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.
