Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry based in Louisville, Kentucky. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our team. The role involves overseeing everything customer focused for one client. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the customer's needs.The role includes two direct reports: Customer Service Representatives, who will assist with phone inquiries, manage incoming shipments, and track the production process. The primary responsibilities include maintaining customer orders and ensuring all processes stay on track. Most communication will be conducted via email, and industry experience is not necessary.Requirements A degree is not required but is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of customer service experience.
