Help manufacture the DNA building blocks powering research, diagnostics, and therapeutics.Eurofins Genomics is looking for a DNA Synthesis Technician I/II to join our oligonucleotide manufacturing team in Louisville, KY, which operates around the clock. You'll be assigned to one shift as your regular, ongoing schedule — no rotating shifts. In this role, you'll run and maintain both proprietary DNA/RNA oligo synthesizers and commercial platforms like CFS, MerMade and Biolytic, and support downstream processing steps such as oligo pre-treatment, deprotection and more.We're looking for someone who is organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment — while also being a great team player who works well with others. Duties and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and manager discretion, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed.What You'll DoSchedule, run, and maintain DNA/RNA oligo synthesizers (proprietary and commercial platforms such as CFS, MerMade and Biolytic)Perform downstream oligo processing, including pre-treatment and deprotectionLearn to perform basic troubleshooting and minor fixes on oligo synthesizersUse our proprietary LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for daily work, order tracking, and documentationFollow Work Instructions, Checklists, Batch Records, and Logs accuratelyMaintain production records in compliance with our Quality SystemKeep your work area and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next runFollow all safety and regulatory requirements, including proper PPE and hazardous materials handlingComplete required training programs, including annual RCRA awareness trainingTake on additional duties and tasks as assigned based on business needs
