The Employee Relations & Compliance Manager is responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role plays a critical part in promoting a culture of fairness, respect, and accountability within the organization.Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Facilitate open communication and provide guidance on employee concerns.Compliance Management: Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risk.Policy Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to create, update, and communicate employee-related policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal requirements.Training & Education: Design and deliver training programs for management and staff on employee relations, compliance issues, and conflict resolution strategies.Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and impartial processes. Document findings and recommend appropriate actions.Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze employee relations metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance and employee relations activities.Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by advising on employee impact and engagement strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Benefits, to ensure a holistic approach to employee relations and compliance.
