Essential Functions

Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, repair and utilization of equipment

Equipment reporting and tracking including utilization, hour meters and mileage

Responsible for purchases, rentals and lease options of new and used equipment and vehicles.

Invoice reconciliation

Work Order Management

Manage Shop Mechanics

Provide coordination of equipment maintenance and readiness to meet specific project and organizational needs

Conduct equipment purchases versus rent analysis

Coordinate the transportation and scheduling of equipment for our projects

Generate equipment rates and help determine equipment values

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position in our office on Crittenden Drive, Louisville, KY.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 5+ years experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance, repair and utilization. Benefits:

Salary 85,000-115,000
