Job Posting: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Louisville, Kentucky, 40299Workplace Type: OnsiteJob Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with open enrollment of medical benefits. In this dynamic position, you will handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, examining and assessing data to provide comprehensive information on benefits and group insurance programs. Your responsibilities will also include pinpointing the need for modifications, recording employee enrollment, and explaining complex aspects of our insurance programs to employees and dependents.Key Responsibilities:

Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily in a queue.

Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs.

Identify needs for modifications in program design and administrative procedures.

Record employee enrollment in benefits.

Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.

Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (in-person customer service is acceptable).

Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate Office, work through multiple tabs, and understand Webex.

Patience and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of benefits programs.

Experience in a call center environment (not required but helpful).

Training will be conducted on-site with a set schedule in a classroom. The schedule will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the start date, and training will occur Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8 pm EST.

Post-training, schedules will be released during the second week of training. Shifts will vary between 8 am and 8 pm EST, and candidates must have full flexibility to work any 8-hour shift in this window for the contract's duration.

Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month in October, November, and January (this will be overtime in addition to their normal schedule).

After training, most employees will have the option to work hybrid (two days from home) or fully remote, depending on the shift.
