• Primary point of contact with vendor for HRIS system and SPOC (single point of contact) to various HRIS related projects and assignments. • Responsible for HRIS implementations, configurations, updates, and enhancements. Recommends process improvements, and innovative solutions. • Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities within the HR systems. Develop and maintain security assignments and administration. • Collaborates with the IT team, manages all aspects of HR system maintenance, including but not limited to HRIS upgrades, infrastructure/set up, and user access rights. • Establish key metrics to monitor systems and identify trends, root causes and solutions to drive efficiency and scale within HR Systems. • Oversee reporting for HR compliance. • Manages all aspects of employee information entry into the HR system and employee record maintenance.
Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. • A minimum of three (3) years of full-time hands-on experience as a HRIS professional providing technical support, required. Five (5) or more years of experience implementing or maximizing the efficiency of HR systems and processes, preferred. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered. • A minimum of one (1) year experience with UKG (Formerly UltiPro/Ultimate Software), Cognos, and Business Intelligence reporting, required. Experience developing SQL queries and custom reports, preferred. • Must have advanced working knowledge of HRIS platforms, including recruitment, learning and development, compensation, payroll, time management, performance management, and benefits. • Must have proven experience working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet tight delivery timeframes. Must be organized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive. Must have critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow through
