RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Lead Architect in Louisville, KY. The role requires (but is not limited to) the following duties.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business objectives and partner with the Compliance business partners and Solution Architect to propose and implement solutions to business problems
Assess current state and come up with high-level future state architecture recommendations to address short and long-term business needs
Partner and collaborate with IT teams towards implementing and delivering technology solutions and capabilities for Business
Guide the team on interpreting and implementing design details
Clear high-level technical roadblocks for the development team
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and processes
Mentor and instruct the team on architectural best practices, considering industry direction
Learn and understand security and governance best practices and work with the team to implement
Develop and maintain standard design documentation
Guide and help team on the technology implementations
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology fields
