Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the Louisville, KY office of a national law firm. The Paralegal will support the firm's Louisville based litigation attorneys with a variety of complex litigation matters. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule and the working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Duties include but aren't limited to: Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and more; Conducting legal research and fact investigations; Assisting with trial preparation including scheduling experts, preparing exhibits, and more; E-filing pleadings in various jurisdictions in state and federal courts; Preparing/delivering subpoenas; AND MORE! Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required; 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm; Experience with trial preparation and e-discovery.
