The position plays a key role in advocating for the Champion Associate experience within the Workday system and the Total Rewards transition.The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in leading org-wide initiatives supported by strong change management. This individual will have strong influence and collaboration skills and be known for proposing simple and transparent practices in order to fuel a high-performance culture which positively impacts attraction, retention and engagement.Job DutiesProject & Stakeholder Management
Represent Champion on Project team; advocating for the best solution forward as it pertains to Benefits, Payroll & the Workday system.
Coordinate communications and actions with other Project team members in areas related to People Workstream (e.g., Finance, DT, Commercial, Benefits, payroll vendors).
Escalate issues, risks, delays of the project as
Escalate needs of additional resources for the different areas supporting the
Act as liaison between Champion and Mars P&O teams to evaluate and determine go-forward strategy for benefits, payroll, system, and program alignment.
HRIS (Workday) Management & Implementation:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday (HRIS), ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
Maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Lead the team in developing and maintaining HRIS documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and system configurations.
Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for
Training & Process Optimization
Manage the team to provide training and support to HR staff and end users on Workday functionality and best practices.
Routinely conduct audits and assessments of all HR business processes to ensure they are serving the organization.
Manage the process and approach for collecting, organizing, and storing information / data /
Benefits & Change Management
Execute strategic benefits initiatives that align with organizational objectives, ensuring the overall attractiveness and competitiveness of the employee benefits package.
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational shifts, proactively ensuring successful adoption of business transformative initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma and/or certificate in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with HR Systems, Benefit programs in the US & Canada, and Payroll
Depth in understanding of corporate HRIS systems, HR Processes, Benefits &
Strong project management skills to lead highly complex, org-wide
Proven success in leading and influencing across multiple stakeholders to make decisions and implement change.
Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
Capable of establishing priorities
Motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and positive team
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
