Adecco is helping a client seeking to hire an Office Manager / Bookkeeper in Louisville, KY. This role is a temp to hire opportunity, with starting pay rate of $21 - $24/hour! To be considered for this position, please Apply Now !Office Manager/Bookkeeper duties will require candidates to:

Processing all membership payments.

Process weekly bill-payment checks.

Answering member inquiries and assist in helping members contact their agent.

Receive and record invoices.

Complete and record bank deposits.

Balance and reconcile all accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ordering and storing necessary office supplies.

Maintain and manage scholarships by recording transcript and payment information.

Manage convention and tour arrangements for board members including registrations, travel arrangements, and reimbursements.

Submit payroll information to payroll company and complete disbursements as directed by payroll company.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this job:

At least 2- years relative skills and experience.

Updated resume and favorable client interview

Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Higher Education or Certification in relative field preferred.

Attention to detail and time-management skills.

Independent thinker and quality decision maker

Eligible criminal background screening.

Strong communication skills with the ability to follow English verbal and written instructions.

Must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM and commit to great attendance.
