You are passionate about people and the critical role they play in the success of an organization.Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with other internal departments for appropriate set up, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring the smooth transition of new Associates into the organization.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of Associate records (both physical and digital), including personal information, job details, performance reviews, and compliance documents.

Serve as a key contact for Associates with HR-related questions or issues, such as policy clarification, benefits inquiries, or conflict resolution.

Assist People & Organization Managers in addressing Associate concerns and issues, including handling low-level Associate grievances, or referring issues to higher management.

Coordinate the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final paycheck processing, return of company property, and termination of access to systems.

Support the maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS) by entering data, running reports, and ensuring accuracy.

Assist Associates in navigating HR-related systems and platforms for timekeeping, benefits management, and performance tracking.

Help plan and coordinate HR-related events such as Associate recognition programs, team-building activities, and company-wide meetings or celebrations.

Ad-hoc tasks, projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration/related discipline or equivalent experience.

2-3 years of HR experience with strong expertise in creating HR processes and practices to support a transformational, high growth organization.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and work to plan.

Highly proficient analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Proven abilities in knowledge of HR Software and Systems.

High integrity with strong client focus.

Supports and implements new methods and processes; Brainstorms to identify multiple solutions to problems.
