As the Market Activation Project Manager, you will design, communicate, and implement plans for identifying, activating, and managing relationships with local health resources to improve the lives of the people we serve.
You will work within the Market Activation team to monitor progress and performance against plans, engage cross-functional teams within the Edge via the Program Practice to enable an integrated consumer experience, and collaborate with key leaders across Client’s broader enterprise to align the Market Activation team’s activities to Client’s strategic priorities.
You will serve as the hub for Market Activation project execution across key workstreams and deliver periodic progress updates and status reports to the Edge Launch Readiness Office and Integration Management Office.
You will take action to proactively communicate impediments to the critical path, resolve operational problems, and minimize delays to ensure the success of the Market Activation team.
In order to serve as the unified point of contact for Market Activation project execution, you will develop a deep understanding of the Edge’s strategic objectives and the Market Activation leadership team’s market vision.
Scope:
Create, own, and lead execution of the Market Activation project plan, launch readiness plan, and integration management plan.
Provide periodic reporting and updates to the Edge Launch Readiness Office and Integration Management Office.
In concert with the Market Activation leadership team, determine team priorities, needs, and business goals, and ensure the team is executing accordingly.
Serve as the hub for Market Activation project execution.
Proactively identify and communicate points of friction on the critical path and impediments to project execution.
Utilize strong interpersonal and managerial skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the Edge and across to ensure collaborative and coordinated completion of key milestones.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years relevant project management experience or equivalent.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Agile and flexible work style.
Ability to work in a regulated environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience with Jira-based project management and reporting tools.
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
Prior experience working in a health plan, or familiarity with Medicare Advantage.
Project Management Professional (PMP®) or similar certification.
